HCF EMPOWERING THE HUMBER THE RENEWABLES REVOLUTION

Wednesday 9 June 2010
Forest Pines Hotel, Ermine Street, Broughton, North Lincolnshire, DN20 0AQ

As part of the Humber Business Week this June Humber Chemical Focus have put  together The Renewables Revolution event.

Renewable energy is a hot topic, commanding more interest and controversy than almost any other current issue. Climate change concerns have already started to impact on how we live, work and play, and this influence is set to increase dramatically during the first half of the 21st century.

The arrival of renewable industries in the UK will have a greater impact in some areas than
others. The Humber region’s combination of geography, industrial heritage and existing
infrastructure means it has the potential to become a prime hub for renewables based
investment and development in the UK.

This exciting conference will present the challenges and opportunities associated with the
arrival of the renewable energy sector in our region.

Wednesday 9th June, 9:30am - 12:30pm, followed by a networking lunch

Tickets:     £50 +VAT (before May 7th)
                    £75 +VAT (after May 7th)
